K.L. CONSULT ASSOCIATES SDN. BHD. has been has been actively engaged and provided specialized Railway Engineering consultancy services for most of the major railway projects in the country, both for the government and the private agencies, spanning over the last 30 years.
KLC has total engineering expertise and know how to plan, design, supervise and commission rail related infrastructure. KLC has also developed in-house special programmes for railway design as appropriate for local conditions.
KLC’s key staffs, some of whom have been with the organisation for the last 30 years, have been responsible for the planning, design, project management and construction supervisions of almost all the major Malaysian railway infrastructure projects. KLC was also responsible for the feasibility study for the Singapore – Kunming rail link.
The firm’s overseas railway infrastructure involvement includes projects in Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Iran and Saudi Arabia.
